Jenn and Jules Designs accepts all major debit/credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and PayPal. Once we receive payment and that payment has cleared, we will get your order processed and headed your way.
Neither Names of Fonts nor Digital mockups will be provided before an order is placed. There is no negotiation for this policy. After an order is placed we have no problem correlating selected font(s) names so the buyer can coordinate with other stationary. (requests for custom fonts to coordinate with current stationary: are greatly accepted but may require an additional fee). For personalized/custom orders, digital mockups are provided after the order is placed and before we go into production. We do not limit the amount of mockups (within reason of course: 11+ may require an additional fee). We will do everything in our power to create your custom details to best fit your overall vision and budget and we are very flexible and accommodating to ensure you get the exact item you envisioned, but we have to protect our business and creative rights as well. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.

All orders shipping to California addresses will be subject to sales tax. Shipping charges will not be taxed.
(Shipping within the United States) Cake Topper orders will ship USPS First Class mail.
(Shipping within the United States) BULK ORDERS will ship USPS Priority Mail which includes up to $50 insurance. Please Note: Bulk Orders/Bundle Packs will not be individually packaged, unless requested.

USA orders for drink stirrers and cupcake toppers will ship USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted and include tracking. Insurance is not included in the shipping charge.

Processing time: All orders are designed by Jenn and Jules Designs and hand crafted by just the two of us. Items are made to order. Standard orders will be processed 2 weeks once payment has cleared. Larger items and custom orders are three-four business weeks for processing. This time frame does not include shipping, shipping will be an additional 2-5 business days within the US. Under your account link you can click on your "PURCHASES & REVIEWS." Here you will see your scheduled ship date (please remember to add standard shipping, items are expected to arrive between 2-5 business days after this date). If your item is needed prior to this date, please contact us as rush fees will have to be applied. It should also be noted that any requests for changes to your order are subject to delays in production time. Thanks in advance for your understanding! : )
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We will gladly ship internationally, but understandably, international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees (including but not limited to VAT and sales tax charges) and rates will vary. Under Etsy's terms, when a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for these fees or taxes. We are also unable to mark your package as a gift or lower the value of the items in your package as stated on the customs form nor can or will we mark items as gifts on customs form (this is illegal).
All CUSTOM ARTWORK provided to you by Jenn and Jules Designs will be used as proofing before we go into production. Once artwork is approved, production will occur. You have 24 hours to approve design/mockup before we proceed to the best of our ability. If there are any errors reported post production, we cannot make changes or produce a new item, unless the revised item is requested as a new order.
CUSTOM ARTWORK cannot be used, sold, or shared by you, the consumer, or by a third party. Jenn and Jules Designs holds all property rights to all custom artwork.
Jenn and Jules Designs products can not be re-sold by any consumers and/or unauthorized sellers.

All CUSTOM, RUSH & SALE items are final sale. All of Jenn and Jules Designs products are made to order, therefore material for rush orders is purchased after a rush order has been placed. Cancellations are subject to be responsible for cancellation fees including design time and rush material costs. Again, all custom artwork and mockups provided to you by Jenn and Jules Designs can not be duplicated.

Of course our amazing customers' satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us or convo us and we'll be happy to discuss a solution. We are proud of our work and want to ensure you have the best experience with us.
Jenn and Jules Designs is not responsible for any packages that are lost or arrive damaged.
We will accept returns within 2 business days of delivery. Package must be UNOPENED AND UNUSED and in its original packaging. You will be refunded the value of the product (this excludes any and all shipping costs). Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs nor can we refund custom orders.
Original order must be returned in its original condition and buyer will be responsible for returning the item, restocking fee (10% of the cost of the order), as well as return shipping cost. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we can not except returns on custom orders.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 2 days after the order was placed. Cancellations are not valid for custom, personalized or rush orders. Cancellations made on a personalized or custom item/order AFTER a digital proof has been provided will have an automatic $25 design fee deducted from their refund. Cancellations made of personalized or custom items after the accepted time has passed, will have up to a 20% (of the cost of the item) cancellation fee and a minimum cancellation fee of $50.
All CUSTOM, RUSH, PERSONALIZED, & SALE items are final sale. (this includes place cards, menus, invitations, etc.)
*Red, Purple, & Green are glossy on both sides & slightly translucent allowing some light through.
*Fluorescent colors are all glossy on both sides & transparent neon allowing light through.
*Black, White, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Aqua, Bubble Gum Pink, & Blush are glossy on both sides & opaque allowing no light through.
*Frosted Blush has a frosted matte front and back & is translucent allowing some light through.
*Mirrored Acrylics are actually mirrored on the front and have a grey backing.
*Solid Gold and Silver are darker shades of the colors & both front and back are the same color. There is a very slight shimmer, but not a sparkle.
*Glitter acrylics have glitter incased inside the acrylic so glitter will not fall off or flake.
Due to everyone's monitor or device being slightly different actual colors may vary. We do our absolute best to represent our colors to their truest form. Colors can also vary slightly depending on type and brightness of lighting. If you are ever unsure about a color, please reach out to us and we will gladly send you sample photos in real time.

Because our products are handmade by Jenn and Jules, and not mass produced using any outsourcing, products may slightly vary from piece to piece. All acrylic pieces are made from high quality shatterproof acrylic. All materials and products are USA made. All acrylic and wood products are reusable, retain their color & can last for years if handled carefully & hand washed.
